  • Amuse bouche – codfish dumplings with paprika sauce and pesto piemontese
  • Scampi raviole on a peas and wild asparagus mousse
  • Boškarin with spring herbs and potatoes in a pan with pieces of pork blade and sauted swiss chard
  • Polenta in a white chocolate and truffles sauce, goat cheese spoon dumpling with hard caramel
