- – Amuse bouche – codfish dumplings with paprika sauce and pesto piemontese
- – Scampi raviole on a peas and wild asparagus mousse
- – Boškarin with spring herbs and potatoes in a pan with pieces of pork blade and sauted swiss chard
- – Polenta in a white chocolate and truffles sauce, goat cheese spoon dumpling with hard caramel
